As data center projects continue growing in scale and complexity, owners and operators need partners who can deliver beyond traditional mechanical and plumbing scopes with expertise that supports long-term operational performance.

To meet those evolving demands, Waterfleet has expanded its capabilities on its latest data center build project with the addition of large-scale potable water storage and advanced wastewater reuse and sludge processing operations.

These new offerings strengthen Waterfleet’s ability to support critical infrastructure systems from installation through ongoing operations.

Large-Scale Potable Water Storage & Distribution Systems

Water resiliency and utility reliability have become major priorities across hyperscale and mission-critical developments.

The scope included:

  • Potable water storage exceeding 1M gallons
  • Pump systems and distribution operations
  • Chlorine injection systems
  • Ongoing system operations supported by licensed operators

Advanced Wastewater Reuse & Sludge Processing

Waterfleet also expanded into large-scale wastewater reuse and sludge processing systems designed to support sustainability onsite.

The system is capable of processing domestic wastewater with a 98% non-potable reclaimed water recovery suitable for industrial reuse (dust suppression, concrete mixing, equipment washdown, fire suppression). The remaining 2% residual sludge is centrifuged and dried before being transported to landfill.

This process helps reduce overall water waste while supporting more efficient onsite utility operations for large-scale facilities.

Waterfleet’s role included installation, processing coordination, systems operation and compliance, and operational support for the sludge handling systems integrated into the project infrastructure.

Supporting the Future of Data Center Infrastructure

As mission-critical facilities continue demanding more advanced utility systems, Waterfleet remains focused on expanding the capabilities needed to support the next generation of infrastructure projects.

By adding large-scale potable water systems and sludge processing capabilities, Waterfleet continues to evolve as a trusted infrastructure partner.
